How long will it take to get my video?

It will depend on the package you select, but most video projects will be delivered within 30 days, however some packages will have a quicker delivery time. You can also add on an expedited delivery to your package to receive it within 14 days.
 

Do you provide 4k video?

Yes, we can do 4k video for your project. While most projects are delivered in HD 1080P, the majority of footage will be captured in 4K. If you choose to have your final project done in 4K, some things that add to a 1080P viewing experience may not be available, such as slow motion clips.
 

How far are you willing to travel for my project?

Anywhere we are able to!

With that said, if traveling somewhere outside of San Diego, additional fees will be applied for travel, lodging, and any other incurred fees. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have on this topic.
 

What if I don’t like the final video?

Most packages will include one client revision in the price. Any requested revisions will be notated and we will do our best to fulfill your vision. Additional revisions are available at an additional charge.
 

When do I pay for my video?

A 25% non refundable deposit is due upon signing a contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the project start date. Should your project be scheduled within 30 days of booking, full payment is required up front and is non-refundable.
